THE THE environment
I herewith agree to be admitted as a member of THE COMPANY, subject to the provisions set out in this application and the Memorandum of Incorporation of the Company (“THE MOI”), including the voting rights and other rights of members upon my admission as a member. Any notice to be given to me by THE COMPANY may be sent to my physical or email address. I confirm that I support the main objective of THE COMPANY, namely to facilitate a safe and secure environment for all law-abiding residents and visitors whether local or international to Stellenbosch.

I undertake to pay the monthly subscription fee as determined from time to time by THE BOARD of THE COMPANY (“THE BOARD”); the current fee being R287 (Vat incl.) per month, payable on or before the last business day of every month, the first payment to be made on the first business day of the following month on which I have signed this agreement. Until my membership is terminated in terms of the MOI: (tick an option)

THE COMPANY will not be liable towards THE MEMBER or any other person for any claim of whatsoever nature arising from any activity or service rendered by THE COMPANY or any of THE SERVICE PROVIDERS, including any omission in this regard. THE MEMBER hereby indemnifies THE COMPANY and undertakes to hold it harmless in respect of any claim of whatsoever nature arising from any activity or service rendered by any of THE SERVICE PROVIDERS, including any omission in this regard, instituted against THE COMPANY or THE SERVICE PROVIDERS by a person who forms part of the household of THE MEMBER or who is residing at the premises.
